The App requires camera access to scan barcodes.

Camera access is used only while you are actively scanning.

We do not record video or upload camera footage to our servers.


Barcode Data

The barcode information you scan is processed only to display the decoded result.

Depending on your use of the App, scanned barcode data may be:

  • Displayed on screen
  • Saved to local scan history (if enabled)
  • Copied to the clipboard
  • Shared by you
  • Used to perform web searches if you choose

Barcode content is not uploaded to our servers.


Photos (Optional)

If the App supports scanning barcodes from images, it may request permission to access your photo library.

Only the image you select is processed.

We do not access other photos in your library.
